As soon as the Congress Organizer
has received your registration and payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed to you. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the room rate per night and the duration of your stay. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the registration form. This option is highly recommended as it helps avoid time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed.


All changes or cancellations of paid and used registration fees and hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to "Penta" Ltd.  Any name change, hotel or room type, date of arrival / departure or cancellation of above mentioned is possible under following conditions:
- until and on February 5 th, 2008 no charge
- February 5 th, 2008 -  March 31st,   2008 - administrative fee of 70 € will   be charged
- after March 31st, 2008:
   no refund will be made
All refunds will be made after the congress.


Payment can be made by credit cards or via bank transfer ot the Congress Technical organizer.Also, payments will be accepted to the account of Croatian Medical Association.

In May, average temperatures in Zagreb vary between 18 - 25 degrees Celsius. There is always a chance for occasional rain.
Language
The language spoken in Croatia is Croatian. Many Croatians speak English, some also speak German, Italian or French and are happy to help visitors.

Zagreb offers public transport network of trams and busses. All hotels are within convenient reach of the conference venue (Hotel Westin) by trams.

Deadline for hotel booking
Please notice that the deadline for hotel bookings is April 1st, 2008. After mentioned date, accommodation only may be confirmed according to the hotels availability.

Please note that hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and the deposit payment required per room. For payments please refer to "terms of payment".
